Songs that were never sung...!!!

Hey lovelorns ..!!

Unrequited love is the most mind wrenching feeling that a person has at the best phase of his/her life.This is the span when we are chasing love(..yes I am correct about chasing because true love always escapes through window when you were waiting for it with open arms at your heart's door) ....well does that matters ?? No..because the real happiness lies in searching for the one and then chasing love down..well not literally (i.e. not literally only in a very few cases...) and i guess all writers of love stories give it a tragic end where either lovers die or their love dies..(second one happens to be more often).

Once my girlfriend was narrating me incidents from her friend's life who was helplessly in love with a guy and I was waiting for the story to end (for heaven's sake, why all girls are such a big story teller only god knows) and the story ended with the girl with her parents getting transferred to a different city (read Mumbai) I popped out a premeditated remark ..ohh... thats so tragic yar ..and she said rhetorically .."yessss.... its a true love story, its bound to have a tragic end" and I was helplessly adoring the reality of this rare wisecrack from her side (hope she doesn't reads this ). well well well ...the alcohol content of this liquor is ...or the nub of this blah blah is ...love and pain in the ass can be used synonymically and always refer to love as politicians refer to honesty ....that is "a rare but a soulful phenomenon". Here,before you, are a few of my writings as a greenhorn poet I penned at certain point of my life when I was a 16 year old boy in highschool helplessly in love with a really sweetheart girl..(well all girls with whom we happen to be in love are "a real sweety" till a certain span of time-(read till she finds your mistakes, enough in number, so as to walk away with a better guy)...ha ha just joking mate!!

To run away from you

even when I try

in the lonely deserts sans light

a shadow comes, chasing my ways

like a pain echoes silience, in voids of night

you are my Destiny..

I know my past has nothing for you

know my present does whatever it can do

though I lack faith, yet I say

all dreams about my future belong to you

you are my destiny

its only a distances that always seperates us

but god's grace and a little luck operates us

like rain meets earth, when clouds desire

a little sweet desire, is what desperates us

I am destined to meet you sometime

but you are supposed to wait till that time

heaven,hell,time nothing would stop us

when my eyes will be closed, you shall be mine.

the sweetest pleasure is the pain in your heart that you are unable to share .....!!!

and you know what.. being in love is a great feeling but the feeling of being loved is a greater one ..this one goes for the one in my college, whom i ignored that much which induced hate equivalent to the extent of love...!!

the dusky eyes

so bright and gay

in night and day

shining like moonlight sky

those dusky eyes

full off glee, full of sorrows

with glories of lovesome yesterdays, dreams for tommorow

wet and shiny behaving likewise

those dusky eyes

eyes with depths,eyes with peaks

speaks when silent, mute when speaks

but longed for me, otherwise

those dusky eyes

eyes won't welcome,any dream that crawls

eyes won't let any precious tear to fall

in my name, even when i die
